Colin, aka MC Huge, was born in Boston in the Year of Our Lord 1986. Soo after, he and his family moved to the mean streets of Guilford, CT, where he fought to survive in his early years. By the time he was eight, Colin had grown a fondness for the freestyle rap battles that often broke out in the Guilford neighborhoods around his home. After practicing his craft for many years he became a local legend, drawing crowds of hundreds whenever he was challenged by fellow MCs, or as he puts it, "when some sucka tried to jack my flow." His name has now become synonymous with supremacy in the freestyle rap scene, winning dozens of rap battle tournaments in New York, Detroit, LA, and even Miami, totaling thousands of dollars in prize money. Even established artists such as Dr. Dre have begun to recognize his dominance over his peers. "You gotta face it…the kid spits white hot fire. I mean, nobody can touch him one-on-one. It's almost sad watching some of the battles. I actually saw him make his opponent cry one time," says Dre. Keep an eye out for MC Huge in the future, it is rumored he has been spotted in the studio recently with 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, and MC Hammer.
Colin enjoys long walks on the beach, sunsets, and watching MacGyver while drinking sangria.
